Mt Diablo
This is a photo of my friends and I climbing Mount Diablo. I’m the kid in the middle, holding a surprisingly heavy pinecone. Don’t mind me standing strait, scratching my face, and the signed names in the rock, which makes it seem easy to climb up and sign your name, because Mount Diablo is pretty hard to climb; all the rocks are slippery and some can be pretty high. First, in the morning, mommy drove me to the kid in the back’s house, so we can go in their car, and drive to my other friend’s hotel. Then, we all drove to the top of Mount Diablo, to a little museum to tell the history of the mountain. After that, we drove down to the places with the big rocks with holes and caves in them. We walked along the trail to every rock we could find/climb. Soon after, we had a short lunch, we continued the hike and eventually reached the end. Finally, we head back to the parking lot. There was a rock slide 🛝, so we had some fun there (at least our pants didn’t have holes in them :) ). And we drove home. About that pinecone, it was the best pinecone I’ve ever found, because the seeds were still in it! I had my friend’s mom carry it, and according to her, lots of people liked the pinecone and asked her about it. What a fun but tiring day it was.
