Welcome to Sweden! After crossing the border from Finland, we arrive in Luleå for an exciting afternoon of husky sledding through the Arctic wilderness.

Experience the joy of husky sledding! Feel the excitement as a team of eager huskies pulls you through the pristine Arctic wilderness. The dogs love to run and their enthusiasm is contagious!

Gammelstad Church Town 📍

Near Luleå is Gammelstad, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This historic church town features over 400 wooden cottages surrounding a 15th-century stone church.

The grand finale of Arctic adventures! Board a powerful icebreaker ship and cruise through the frozen Gulf of Bothnia, then take an unforgettable dip in the icy waters.

Board a powerful icebreaker ship and cruise through the frozen Gulf of Bothnia. Watch in awe as the vessel smashes through thick sea ice, creating a path through the frozen sea. An incredible demonstration of Arctic engineering!

Ice Floating Experience

The ultimate Arctic adventure! Don a specially designed survival suit and float in the icy Arctic waters (-2°C). The suit keeps you completely dry and warm as you bob among the ice floes - surreal and unforgettable!

Walk on the Frozen Sea

Step off the icebreaker and walk on the frozen sea. Stand on thick ice that stretches to the horizon - literally walk on water (frozen, of course!).

Rovaniemi (Return)

📍 Map

After the icebreaker adventure, we drive back through Finland to Rovaniemi to board the overnight sleeper train to Helsinki. Our Arctic adventure comes full circle as we begin our journey south.
